I would like to mention this water park as one of the best I have ever been to! It is located at the very edge of the famous Jumeirah Palm, and it seems to me that when you stand at the very top, waiting in line for the biggest slide there, you can see the Indian Ocean somewhere in the distance. We were there for about six hours, the last two of which we spent lying in a circle, exhausted and resting.
The slides are definitely a must! They vary in height and extremity. I only went down the biggest slide a couple of times, it was a bit scary. It’s not covered, and your heart drops to your feet when you slide down it.
This slide continues through a transparent tunnel and ends in a pool. The pool is home to huge and dangerous sharks and stingrays. All in all, it’s breathtaking. It’s a large area with a park equipped with places to relax. There are playgrounds, lots of small slides and entertainment. So far, this water park remains the best place I’ve been to.
But I have to say that the prices are certainly high. While we were there, we naturally got hungry and wanted to try different refreshing cocktails. The non-alcoholic Piña Colada in fresh pineapple is incomparable! The pineapple was so juicy and ripe, and they also gave us a fork so we could eat the pieces. Overall, the service was just great! Of course, the price was reasonable.
The only thing that was really annoying was the very long queues. The water park is huge and there are lots of tourists. But it’s all quite tolerable!
